About Giles & Watson Audiology
Giles & Watson Audiology is based in Silverstream, Kaiapoi and is locally owned and operated by fully qualified audiologist Charlotte Watson. We are now a two clinician team, with Samantha providing ear health care services on Thursdays and Fridays.

As truly independent Audiologists, we are able to select hearing aids from all leading manufacturers, giving more options that may suit your specific lifestyle and hearing requirements.​

To ensure that our clients receive the best possible care, Giles & Watson Audiology are accredited to work with Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC), Veterans Affairs (VANZ), Enable (MoH), Work and Income (WINZ) and Southern Cross Health Insurance and other health insurance providers.

Charlotte Watson

Charlotte, the owner of Giles & Watson Audiology, grew up locally on a fifth-generation farm, 5 minutes away from the clinic and is an Audiologist with 14 years of experience.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a Master’s degree with Distinction in Audiology from Canterbury University. Charlotte is a full member of the New Zealand Audiology Society (NZAS) and a member of Independent Audiologists of New Zealand (IANZ).

Sam is an Enrolled Nurse with over two years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry, specialising in ear health. Sam conducts ear examinations, offers expert guidance, and supports clients in managing their overall ear health care. Sam is committed to delivering high-quality, personalised care to help clients achieve and maintain optimal ear health.

​Based in Kaiapoi, Sam is proud to be part of the local community. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her partner and their two dogs. She is also a proud parent of two teenage daughters who bring energy and laughter to everyday life.
